  • 10000 hectares in the heart of the Abitibi greenstone belt adjacent to the prolific Larder-Cadillac deformation zone
  • The Abitibi greenstone belt has produced over 180 Moz Au and has been mined for over a century including over 40 Moz Au from the Kirkland Lake camp
  • Adjacent to the Upper Beaver and Upper Canada past producing mines held by Agnico Eagle (TSX-AEM) and containing a current resource over 3 Moz Au and having produced over 1.5 Moz Au
  • The project contains the past producing Walsh Mine and two exploration shafts at the Copper King and Norwood Kirkland
  • Several splay fault structures of the Victoria Creek Deformation Zone cross the property with very limited exploration and open for significant new discoveries

The Walsh Mine contains a syenite hosted, quartz vein gold deposit similar to the historic mines of the Kirkland Lake camp
  • From 1922 to 1934 a 157m deep shaft included 915m of lateral development yielded several mineralized zones including:
  • Southern Mineralized Zone – 24.6 g/t Au over 0.9m along 42.1m
  • Central Mineralized Zone – 24.4 g/t Au over 1.4m along 46m
  • Diamond drilling in 2010 yielded high grade intercepts including:
  • 9.3 g/t Au over 2.0 m (AR10-23)
The Copper King showing includes a series of quartz veins hosted in volcanic rocks from 1.5 to 6.0 metres in width
  • Diamond drilling in 2011 yielded high grade intercepts including:
  • 6.8 g/t Au over 7.0 m (CK-11-2)
