Chairman of the Board
John Anderson has over 25 years of Capital market experience specializing in the resource sector. He was a founder and Financier of many start-up companies with experience on the TSX, NYSE, NASDAQ and London AIM and Swiss Stock Exchange. He was a founder of Deep 6 PLC, American Eagle Oil and Gas,Inc as well a founding general partner in Aquastone Capital LLC, a New York based gold fund. Mr. Anderson is currently the Executive Chairman of Triumph Gold Corp. and Chairman of EXM Farming Corp.

Co-founded Palisade Global Investments Ltd. with the goal of investing in and backing undervalued junior mining companies; Comes from a family with deep ties to mining, including co-founding AuEx Ventures, the company responsible for discovering the Long Canyon deposit, a project ultimately acquired by Newmont Mining for $2.2B. Co-founder and Director of Goldspot Discoveries Inc. He brings ten years of experience in capital markets, previously serving as the CIO of Palisade Global Investment,. Before that he served in a senior capacity at ReQuest Equities, a merchant bank in the junior resource sector supported by the KCR Fund, a $100 million venture managed by Marin Katusa. Cejay holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, MBA in Global Asset and Wealth Management from Simon Fraser University, is a CFA charterholder, and a member of the Calgary CFA Society.
Daniel N. Bloch
Mr. Bloch is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada for 18 years as well as being registered as a Foreign Lawyer with the Israeli Bar Association. He has advised on joint ventures and partnership structures in over 20 countries. Mr. Bloch regularly travels to South Africa, Europe and North America, where he has lectured on matters relating to financing structures for international joint ventures and the financing of oil and gas exploration projects. In addition, Mr. Bloch regularly represents and provides general corporate and securities law advice to publicly and privately held entities ranging in size from start up to those with established multi-national operations. Daniel has served as both an officer and director of Canadian and U.S. publicly listed companies and is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
